  • Items must be returned within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.

  • Returns are not accepted for:

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping proof of postage.

Refund Processing:

Exchanges:

  • At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you require a different size or product, please initiate a return and place a new order separately.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will cover all return costs and arrange for a replacement or full refund.
